DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Actually we only offer shipping services to USA and Puerto Rico. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages shipped from USA and Canada are shipped through USPS.

Packages from warehouses in China will be shipped by ePacket, EMS, Economic Air or others depending on the weight and size of the product.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS? 

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES? 

Yes, taxes are calculated at checkout.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. Most of our products are made in USA. The processing estimated time is 3 to 7 days.  Delivery time from USA is usually one or two weeks. Products made in Canada from Art of Where will take approximately 3 weeks for delivery. 

DUE TO THE COVID-19 SITUATION SHIPPING TIMES ARE TAKING LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES STATED ABOVE.  

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.

Also you can track your package by clicking your order number in TRACK ORDERS option located at the STORE main menu.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 3-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Our products cannot be exchanged or returned as they were made especially for you at the moment you order it.

The sizes cannot be changed either, only the products that arrive with the wrong design or manufacturing defects can be replaced. In such instances you must send us an email in no less than seven days upon the products arrival to nayelisfashions@gmail.com
