DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Actually we only offer shipping services to the contiguous United Sates and Puerto Rico. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages shipped from USA and Canada are shipped through USPS.

Packages from warehouses in China will be shipped by Cj Packet, ePacket, EMS, Economic Air or others depending on the weight and size of the product.

DO YOU CHARGE TAXES?

As a Business established in Florida, USA, and stated by law, we do charge local  taxes to customers with addresses in Florida, USA.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. Most of our products are made in USA. The processing estimated time is 3 to 7 business days.  Delivery time from USA is approximately 3 to 7 business days. Products from China and  Canada such as from Art of Where may take up to 20 business days for delivery once you received the tracking number. 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 8 business days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 3-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 8 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
