Lay down a tee that fits you well on a flat surface.
Measure the length by measuring from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline to the hemline.
Measure the chest width close under the arms and measure from one side to another. Measure the sleeve length from the shoulder to the sleeve hemline.
Compare the measurements to the ones listed on the size chart below.
